It’s a free, 30–45 minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure. The goal is mutual fit: understanding your situation well enough to know whether and how Sonas can be useful. You’ll leave with clarity on next steps either way, even if that means pointing you somewhere else.

Engagements run month-to-month after an initial three-month period. The first three months give the work enough runway to take shape and produce something real. After that, you can adjust scope, pause, or end the engagement with 30 days’ notice.

The ranges reflect typical scope at each tier — the final number is set during the discovery process, once the actual work is clear. As scope evolves over time, pricing adjusts accordingly, always discussed and agreed in advance.

It’s not unlimited on-demand consulting, but it keeps things moving between sessions without waiting for the next scheduled call.

Yes. Consulting engagements are fully remote-friendly and work well at a distance. Marketing and design work is largely location-agnostic as well. Clients in Central Texas may get more hands-on involvement for things like event support, in-person sessions, or local coordination — but the core work travels fine.
